Raffaello Galiotto

Raffaello Galiotto studied Fine Arts at the Accademia in Venice, focusing his energies on the world of design and establishing his own studio in Chiampo (Vicenza) in 1993.

Fascinated by the expressiveness of the materials and the available technologies, he has developed an in-depth understanding of production processes, infusing his projects with an experimental edge and conducting ongoing research into new solutions. It is an approach that has seen him showered with awards.
He designs in collaboration with numerous companies operating in a range of sectors,

and is the artistic director at Nardi (exterior furnishings). He regularly puts together collections and stages exhibitions, and has introduced a number of innovations into the stone-cutting sector thanks to the use of digital technology.

A lecturer in Design at the University of Ferrara from 2012 to 2019, he was responsible for curating the exhibitions at the Marmomac Verona expo from 2014 to 2021.
