Stefano Andrea Poli (1973) graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan (2001) and obtained his PhD in History of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Polytechnic University of Turin (2008). He teaches History of Architecture and History of Contemporary Art at the Polytechnic University of Milan. He specializes in contemporary architecture and design, on which he has published books and essays and he carries out research, seminars and educational activities for public and private research institutes. He heads the Department of Design and Decorative Arts of the Twentieth Century at the Il Ponte auction house in Milan.
