For the first time, a regrouping of over twenty bas-reliefs that were part of the decoration of the Temple of the Divine Hadrian at Campus Martius, on the Trophies and the Provinces.
[Provinciae Fideles / The frieze of the Temple of Hadrian at Campus Martius] In 1998 the National Museum of Rome acquired from the Odescalchi collection two reliefs that were part of the decoration of the Temple of the Divine Hadrian at Campus Martius. Most of the precious bas-reliefs, on the Trophies and the Provinces, were positioned in the courtyard of the Palazzo dei Conservatori. The restoration of the Capitoline Museums now permits, for the first time, the regrouping of over twenty reliefs, also thanks to loans from the Archaeological Museum of Naples and the Vatican Museums.
