This volume contains the monitoring work conducted by the magazine "Casabella" on the progress of young architects (under 50) over the last ten years, from 1997 to the present.
Active in different geographical areas, with different backgrounds of experience and training, the architects selected belong not only to the emerging generation, whose work is covered by sector publications, but also to a new, as yet unfamiliar generation, often concentrating on their debut works. Interesting contributions by historians, critics and leading architects analyze the realities of Italy and the prospects for the future.
