Rossella Menegazzo (Ph.D.) is an associate professor of the History of the Art of Eastern Asia at the University of Milan, the curator of several exhibitions and the editor of catalogues on Japanese art including: Domon Ken. Il Maestro del Realismo Giapponese (with Takeshi Fujimori) and Hokusai Hiroshige Utamaro, Milan 2016. She has also written WA. L'essenza del design giapponese (with Stefania Piotti), Milan 2015, and Giappone, in the I dizionari delle Civiltà series, Milan 2007. She has been awarded the Japanese Foreign Minister's Commendation FY 2017.
