Chiara Baglione

An Italian architect and academic, Chiara Baglione (PhD) lectures in Architectural History in the Faculty of civil architecture at Milan's polytechnic university. She formerly taught at the Iuav University in Venice and currently holds several research grants. Her research has largely focused on 16th and 19th-century architecture and urban planning. She has written numerous articles and essays for Casabella and other specialist magazines and has also contributed to Electa's Giuseppe Terragni series. Also for Electa, she has curated a book on Pietro Lingeri (2004) and is currently studying Eero Saarinen.
