Fausto Biloslavo (Trieste, 1961) has written for Italy's most prestigious newspapers, including "Il Giornale", "Il Foglio", "Panorama", "Il Corriere della Sera". He has produced news reports and TV programmes for Nbc, Cbs, Rai, Mediaset and Sky and he is one of the founders of the news site "Gli occhi della guerra". For the past 35 years he has documented the worst wars of our time: from the bloodiest battles of Afghanistan and Ruanda to the wars of ex-Yugoslavia; from the Arab spring to the battles to free Isis strongholds.
