Pompeii Herculaneum Oplontis” at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, the volume reports on the scientific research that has permitted reconstruction of certain contexts connected with the rediscovery of the victims of Pompeii, while offering in-depth information on everyday life of the time of the eruption: law, numismatics and economics, sources and distribution of wealth, the victims and their contexts, jewelry and ornaments.
