€ 32,00

This volume accompanies the new permanent exhibition of the Museum of Italian Design, which displays a selection of the most iconic and representative pieces of Italian design, a selection from the 1,600 items in the Triennale collection. The publication aims to give the greatest prominence to the works, organized in chronological order, and provides insights into the history, aesthetic and context in which the work was designed.

Since 1923 Triennale Milano has been one of the most important cultural institutions internationally, capable of representing the complexity of contemporary life through a plurality of creative languages: design, architecture, visual, scenic and performing arts. Its purpose is to expand and innovate individual ways of thinking, by presenting the achievements of different cultures and languages in one place and time.
