A magnificent repertoire of drawings by the great British sculptor, winner of the Turner Prize in 1994
Antony Gormley was born in London in 1950. His one-man shows have been hosted in important international galleries and museums: The British Museum, Tate Gallery, Louisiana Museum (Denmark), Corcoran Gallery of Art (Washington DC), Irish Museum of Modern Art (Dublin), Modern Art Museum, Fort Worth, Museo d’Arte Contemporanea, Sapporo. Gormley has been hung at prestigious international exhibitions such as the Venice Biennale and Documenta 8. The leading expert in this field, Anna Moszynska, investigates his work in graphics, a lesser-known but equally fascinating aspect of the artist’s work.
