Maria Bonaiti graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the IUAV University in Venice, where she won a Research Doctorate in History of Architecture and Town-Planning. Currently the author is Associate Professor at the same university where she lectures on Contemporary Architecture.
She is a regular contributor to the magazine Casabella. For Electa, she has published "Architettura è. Louis I. Kahn, gli scritti" (Architecture is. Louis I. Kahn, his publications) (2002), and, to be published shortly, along with Francesco Dal Co, the book "Le Corbusier Chandigarh" (Le Corbusier at Chandigarh).
