Roberto Rinaldini

Roberto Rinaldini, nominated Ambassador of Italian Pastry Making to the World, is a member of the Accademia dei Maestri Pasticceri Italiani and of the prestigious association Relais Dessert, an exclusive club of the best 100 pastry chefs in the world. He has won many awards, including Ice Cream Maker World Champion in 2006 and 2008, Best Italian Artisan as a chocolatier, best Innovative Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef of the Year in 2014, and winner of the Mondial des Arts Sucrés 2016 in Paris as the manager of the Italian team. Judge on the show "Il Più Grande Pasticcere" on the Rai 2 TV channel, president and organiser of the world junior pastry making championship and of the women's world championship of pastry making "The Pastry Queen".
