The systematic catalogue of the Bettona Museum archaeological collection, which is soon to be opened to the public.
[Bettona Museum / The Archaeological Collection] The Umbria Region has been working for decades on the systematic cataloguing of all its cultural assets. This activity has led to a series of publications that present the results of a project aimed at preserving and studying this irreplaceable legacy for the region and the entire country.
After a volume on its art and historical collections, the Bettona Museum has now published the systematic catalogue of its archaeological collection, which is soon to be opened to the public. It contains many different categories of finds that range from architectural terracottas and metal artefacts to inscriptions and ancient Roman statues.
