A monograph that concentrates on the less well known images of the venetian photographer.

Fulvio Roiter is well known as “the photographer of Venice”, not only because he is Venetian by origin but above all thanks to the numerous photographs in which, since 1953, he has captured aspects of the city in the lagoon. But Roiter’s art depicts with equal value many other areas of Italy and the world: Sicily, Umbria, Sardinia, Andalusia, Brazil, Portugal, Turkey, Mexico and Lebanon. This work seeks to go beyond Venice, emphasizing those aspects of Roiter’s work which also form part of a personal quest, less well known to the public at large but of great artistic value.
